OUR NEWS & EVENTS: (Please call for additional details!!!)
* AS OF NOV. 1, 2012, health insurance carriers in New York State are required to cover ABA services for those with ASD diagnoses. This is huge news. Thankfully, the law has finally passed, after many other states have mandated such coverage - in some cases for years now. *
Various parent trainings are also being organized, in a number of locations. Some topics include (but are not limited to): FBAs, Social Skills, as well as transition planning.
Registration will soon be taking place for our Social Skills Experiences groups in Cold Spring, NY as well as Cortlandt, NY. Please contact us for further information!

On 11/22/11, Nicole and Jason welcomed their son, Wilson Jerome Weinstein into the world, as he reared his beautiful head...and subsequently the rest of his body, at Putnam Hospital in Carmel, NY. Leaving the hospital on Thanksgiving, we truly had so much to be thankful for, that very special day.
Nicole was honored with another deserved award, "Outstanding Achievement in the area of Special Education", by PULSES (Parents United Learning the Special Education System), back in October 2011.
Recent events we've participated in: Orange County Autism Move-A-Thon 2011, Cornwall SEPTA Disability Awareness Fair 2011, EFMP Annual Family Symposium @ West Point Military Academy, as well as other Parent Training events throughout the Hudson Valley.
* The VBS team is currently in the process of starting a non-profit foundation to help offset the cost of services, for families in need of our help. Stay tuned for further details regarding The D.I.F. (Developmental Intervention Foundation)... Help us make a DIF-ference!!! *
